    We’ve released follow-up versions to address problems like broken menus, buttons, and slideshows. Please make sure you’ve updated to the latest versions:

    Brizy 2.7.1
    Brizy Pro 2.7.0

    After updating, try making a small change to the affected pages, such as adding 1px of padding to a section and save. This can help trigger a recompile and often resolves the display issues.

    If things still aren’t working as expected, feel free to share temporary login credentials so we can take a closer look.

    I have updated to the latest versions:
    Brizy 2.7.1
    Brizy Pro 2.7.0

    I tried making small changes to the top menu, but after clicking update, the loading spinner keeps spinning and never stops.

    I prefer not to provide login credentials.

    It’s unacceptable that every time you release an update, my website ends up having issues!

    I’m waiting for your instructions to resolve these problems.

    Ho ripristinato un backup del 7 luglio 2025 e adesso il mio sito funziona bene.
    Se faccio gli aggiornamenti indicati nell'immagine che segue, menu e links non funzionano.

    Thank you for getting back to us. It looks like your website has two-factor authentication enabled, which is preventing us from accessing the backend to properly inspect the issue.

    Would you mind temporarily disabling two-factor authentication so we can log in and take a closer look? Once we've completed our checks, you can safely re-enable it right after.

    1. Ho bisogno di sapere cosa avete fatto per risolvere i problemi;

    We’ve updated both Brizy and Brizy Pro to their latest versions. The issues you encountered were related to problems reported in earlier updates, which have now been resolved in Brizy 2.7.3. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regarding your second point, while we don’t currently send out email notifications for every update, you can always check our Changelog page at https://www.brizy.io/changelog for the latest release notes and version history.
