SSL Certificate Issue - Renewal Required
Hello Brizy Support,
I'm experiencing an SSL certificate issue with my website.
Domain: www.poitourainanjou.com
Problem: The SSL certificate appears to be expired/invalid. When visitors try to access the site, they receive a "Your connection is not private" error with the code NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID.
What I need:
- SSL certificate renewal for the domain
- Certificate coverage for both the naked domain (poitourainanjou.com) and www subdomain (www.poitourainanjou.com)
This is preventing users from accessing the website securely. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards.

Hello Nathanael,
For your domain to resolve correctly, your root domain should point exclusively to the Brizy Cloud server with IP 34.237.47.210 and no other external servers. Your domain currently points to two external servers with the IPs 15.197.225.128 and 3.33.251.168. Kindly remove the A records pointing to the external servers.

Then follow instructions under the heading "In case of SSL protocol error" at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Add-A-Custom-Domain to auto generate SSL certificate for your domain.
