My contact form does not work anymore

Hi,

My website is azoresfreediving.com (WP + Blocksy + Brizy).

In each languages (3 different pages), my contact form does not work anymore.

When the client click "send the message", he received a message in return "your email has not been sent".

And indeed, I did not receive anything.

Can you help me ?

  Hi Ondine,

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Can you please try duplicating the contact form and reconfiguring it to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes, reinitializing the form settings can help fix sending problems.

  If the issue still persists after these steps, please share your WordPress admin credentials with us so we can take a closer look.  You can add us as an Admin user from your Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

  Hello Ondine,

  No email notification was configured for your form at https://azoresfreediving.com/en/contact-us/. I configured email notifications to be sent out through the WordPress option and tested it. I see the success message now

  

  I also received an email notification. Please check if you received the same notification.

   

  Kindly configure email notifications in the same manner in the other two language translations.

  Wow beautiful ! Thank you so much Ariel and George for your great help, and the youtube video helped me a lot also to configurate the contact form on the portuguese language. Thank you so much for your help guys, you are a great client support !
