Brizzy updates not working
-
Real-Time Changes Not Reflecting: While everything appears fine within the builder, certain changes do not reflect on the live website immediately. This includes text edits, spacing adjustments, and some styling updates. I’ve tried clearing the cache and refreshing, but the issue persists intermittently.
-
Layout and Pattern Gaps: There are noticeable gaps in the layout, particularly in the menu section and a few other content sections. These gaps appear even though the builder shows everything aligned correctly. It affects the visual consistency of the site on both desktop and mobile views.

Hi Wirb,
Thank you for contacting us.
For the changes not reflecting immediately, try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac), view the site in an incognito window and see if this makes any difference.
For the layout and spacing gaps, especially in the menu and other sections, please double-check for any extra padding or margins, and review the design in mobile and tablet views.
If the issue continues, also try to isolate it by disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro. It’s also a good idea to temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the theme might be causing a conflict.

Hi Wirb,
Thank you for your cooperation.
We tried to replicate the issue regarding the real-time changes not rendering, but we weren’t able to reproduce it on our end.
As for the random gaps appearing in mobile view, it appears that Brizy dynamically calculates and applies an inline style="height:..." based on the content height during compilation or rendering. This behavior seems to be the cause of the unexpected spacing.
Manually applying a fixed height seems to address the issue You can see this demonstrated in the following screencast: https://youtu.be/_TGnNSWcYwA
Please check on your end when you get a chance, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
