License is not working

I am trying to add a new license key to evaconstruction.ca

I have tried four different licenses, and every time it is like it just refreshes the page without accepting the license.

This is a huge struggle, please help!

  Hi Chris,

  Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, your email landed in our spam folder, and we’ve only just discovered it today.

  We’ve manually activated your license on our end. The 403 error you were seeing during activation usually indicates that your server is being blocked from reaching our license server. This is part of an ongoing issue that our team is actively working to resolve.

  As a workaround, you can manually activate your license in a local development environment like XAMPP or Local by Flywheel. After making your changes locally, you can migrate or publish your site to the live server using a plugin such as WP Vivid.

  For now, we’ve created a backup of your database, restored it in a local WordPress environment, activated the license there, and re-uploaded the updated database back to your site.
