Brizy Shop
I am a still trying to get an update on when Brizy Shop will be released. I realize issues come up, but you should at least give a reasonable and responsible release date. I purchased Brizy Pro prematurely, not realizing that the webinar launch date was not going to be possible. In the meantime, I have added Ecwid to a WordPress site just so I can get a feel for what the data structure is going to look like in Brizy Shop. So far, they appear quite similar. Finally, it would be helpful if you sorted the questions and comments by date, newest first. I believe most folks are more interested in the current issues, not so much with 5-year-old issues. Perhaps I am overlooking a sort function. Thanks for your reply.

We appreciate your ongoing interest in Brizy Shops and I completely understand your concerns. Predicting a software release date is generally difficult due to the complex and dynamic nature of software development. Unforeseen technical hurdles, evolving requirements, and variations in team dynamics can all influence the timeline. With bug fixes and last minute changes, the final delivery is often delayed.
Although we plan for a date and might have a good chance of hitting it, if we actually announce a date then we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Our loyal customers will probably be making plans based on the proposed release date and any delay can be quite disappointing. We typically don't announce releases in advance to prevent the unnecessary emotional distress that can be associated with it.

About your suggestion on sorting comments and questions by date, I appreciate the feedback. We are using Zendesk help desk system and its features are provided the vendor. We are dependent on them to make the necessary changes to the software.
