Custom Domain Not Available with My Brizy PRO Lifetime Plan

Hello,

I have a Brizy PRO Lifetime subscription, but when I try to connect a custom domain to my project on Brizy Cloud, I’m prompted to upgrade my plan.

From my understanding, custom domain support should be included in the PRO Lifetime package. Could you please clarify if this feature is available with my current plan, and if so, help me enable it?

  Hello Daniele,

  You purchased the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan on September 17, 2021. For two years you had complimentary access to PRO features in Brizy Cloud. Until September 17, 2023, you could publish Brizy Cloud projects on custom domains.

  After the two complimentary years, you lost access to custom domain publishing. However you continue to have access to the Cloud's PRO functionalities (PRO elements, contact form, integrations, premium design, etc). You can also publish your projects using Server Sync or Export HTML options.
