after Pro update, mobile submenu not displayed

Mobile sub-menus are displayed up to Pro 2.6.8.  All Pro updates after 2.6.8 do not display sub-menus when the sub-menu icon (>) is clicked.  I've tried all the fixes that have been suggested.  Nothing works.  I have to revert back to 2.6.8 for the sub-menu to be displayed.  I have posted and commented about this before.  It's been over 10 days.  When will this be resolved?
