Brizy Cloud LTD Plan - No change in plan but notification to delete my account and all projects!

Hello,
I am a Brizy Cloud LTD user, and when I purchased Brizy Cloud LTD, I confirmed that “I will be able to use Brizy Cloud LTD unless I change my plan on my own”.
Please refer to the section where I asked you for plan details when I purchased Brizy Cloud LTD.


However, I received an email informing me that my account and all created pages and projects will be deleted on 2025/05/01.

However, I have not changed my Brizy Cloud LTD plan, do not delete my account and all pages and projects that I have created.

For privacy reasons, I can't post information about my personal subscription directly.
Would you like to provide me with a private ticket to contact you?
