    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    1. The yearly subscription price you can see on Brizy's website: https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud

    2. If you want to cancel your subscription you need to write a request here on the forum and we will cancel the subscription for you.

    3.  It depends on what discount it will be, and for what plan, and it depends on the conditions of that discount. But you can write a request on the forum and will check what you can do for you.

    4.  For privacy questions you can write an email to support@brizy.io   Also, you can write on the forum your question, then I can open a private ticket for you, then also I can delete your comment if you want, or I can not approve it.  So in this case no one will see what you have posted on the forum.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi,
Thank you for your reply :)
I would like your help in canceling my current Brizy Cloud PRO subscription as I am considering upgrading to another plan. (Please help unsubscribe by 2022/10/26, thank you very much!)

I would also like to know the following questions about the Brizy Cloud LTD

1.Any difference between Brizy Cloud PRO-Personal plan and Brizy Cloud Personal LTD (Lifetime Deal)?
(I have read the plan details on the Lifetime Deal, but I would like to confirm the differences between the plans)

    2. The " 2 publishing options" means that only 2 projects can be published in the dashboard?

    3. When the dashboard has more projects, will the loading speed of published websites be affected and slowed down? Or the loading speed of each project is different, depending on how much content the project uses, such as image size, etc.?

    4. The "Membership functionality" in Freelancer Cloud LTD
Where can I learn more about this feature, how to use it, or try it out?

    Thank you :)

    Chloe

    Hello,

Your subscription to Brizy Cloud has been canceled.

    1. The plan details are the same, the only difference is the price.

    2. The publish options for each plan you can find here: https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud  See here too.

    3. The loading speed of each project is different depending on how much content the project uses, such as image size... and it does not depend on the number of projects from the dashboard.

    4. Regarding the Membership functionality in Brizy  Cloud please check this article,  also please see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zp1DMIFUubg

Also, Brizy  builder has a youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU-2U0NZ5vx_5jzOO0F0KgQ/videos

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi,

Thanks for your help and reply, I'm sorry I still have some questions to confirm:

    1. My Personal Cloud expiration date is 2022/11/02.
I have requested your help to cancel the subscription last week, but I can still use the PRO function after canceling the subscription.
Can I still use the PRO function until 2022/11/02 even though I canceled my subscription early?

    2. I purchased Personal Cloud LTD on 2022/10/31, but the personal payment has not changed to Personal Cloud LTD yet, it is still Personal Cloud.
Will the change to Personal Cloud LTD plan start on 2022/11/3?

    3. With the purchase of Personal Cloud LTD, I will remain on the Personal Cloud LTD plan unless I want to change to another plan in the future, right?

    Thank you very much.

    Chloe

    Hi,

    1. We have canceled the subscription and you will not be charged the next month. But you can use it until the plan expires.

    2. We made some changes in your dashboard now you have only the LTD plan.

    3. Yes, you will have this plan until you decide to change to another plan.

    Best regards, Nelea.
