Brizy contact form and Google ReCapcha not conecting
Hello Brizy Support,
I’m using Brizy PRO on WordPress and I’m trying to integrate Google reCAPTCHA v3 with a contact form.
I’ve done the following steps:
1. Added my domain correctly in Google reCAPTCHA v3 settings (without https://).
2. Disabled the option “Verify the origin of reCAPTCHA solutions” in the reCAPTCHA advanced settings.
3. Copied the correct Site Key and Secret Key into the Brizy > Integrations > reCAPTCHA section.
4. When I hit Connect, nothing happens, but the wheel just keeps spinning forever, no error message.
I also tried disabling the firewall (Wordfence), but the issue persists.
Can you please help me resolve this?
Thank you,
Lucy

This happens on multiple sites, that I have built with Brizy Pro.

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for the update.
It looks like we haven’t received your WordPress admin credentials yet. Could you please double-check if you sent them using the format mentioned above? We receive several sets of credentials daily, and using the correct format helps us match them to the correct support request.
Best regards,
