so frustrated -- following directions but images won't upload

I deactivated the image optimizer but I still can't upload images in brizy.

About to lose my mind. So much wasted time on this nonsense.

  Hi Tricia,

  Thanks for contacting us, I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

  As the next step, could you please try uploading an image directly from the default Media Library in WordPress (outside of Brizy) to see if the upload works there?

  If it works in the Media Library but not in Brizy, please share your WordPress admin credentials with us so we can investigate the issue. Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
