    Hi Jace,

    Thank you for contacting us.

To help narrow down the cause of the issue, could you please try replicating the problem with all other plugins disabled except for Brizy and Brizy Pro? This will help us determine if there's a conflict with another plugin.

If the issue continues, please provide temporary access your website so we can take a closer look? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Hi Jace,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you check with your hosting provider about increasing the PHP max input variables to 10000? This will allow the server to process more data when importing layouts and may help resolve the issue - https://i.imgur.com/qDiJvDI.png

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

It was already 1000 so I updated it to 2000 and it's still not working.

    Hi Jace,

Thank you for checking on that.

It looks like the PHP max input variables were set to 2,000, but we actually requested it to be increased to 10,000. Would you mind checking with your hosting provider again to see if they can raise it to that value?

This should help the server handle the data more effectively when importing layouts.

Appreciate your help, and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Jace,

    Thank you for the update.

After checking, it appears that only this specific layout is not importing, while the others have been imported successfully without any issues.

I also noticed a 500 error in the console. It seems this layout may contain custom code embedded in certain blocks - https://i.imgur.com/WlGRR3w.png

If you still have access to this layout in Brizy Cloud, please review it for any custom code, remove it if possible, and save it again as a layout.

If the issue persists, you can try saving all the blocks and importing them individually into a new WordPress page.

Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
