Urgent – Unauthorized Double Charge of $252.73 – Immediate Refund Required

On March 29, 2024, an amount of $252.73 was charged from our account. At that time, the system clearly stated that this was for a 2-year subscription, with the next payment scheduled for 2026.

However, to our shock and dismay, the exact same amount was charged again last night, on March 29, 2025, and now your system shows that the next billing will occur in 2027.

This is an unauthorized transaction. No consent was given for a new payment, especially not a full year ahead of the originally agreed renewal date. Charging our account like this without notice or approval is unacceptable and legally questionable.

I demand an immediate and full refund of the $252.73 charged on March 29, 2025. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will initiate a chargeback procedure and escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

We expect a swift resolution to this serious breach of trust.
