    Hi Andreas,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We tried to replicate the issue on our end, but everything seems to be working as expected. To help narrow down the cause, could you try disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if that makes a difference? Also, please try using a different browser to check if that helps resolve the issue.

Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

for better understanding, this thread describes the exact same problem:
    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/24495175847058-Block-order-scrambled-again

I don't know what to do. It is simply not possible to rearrange blocks in the desired order, which as a result has made the brizy page builder defunct and unusable.

I recorded my screen to show you the problem:
    https://youtu.be/m51YrIvHxdk?si=9ncKsz0qoEocF49q

Can I give you a temporary log in so you can investigate, please?

    Hi Andreas,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I recorded a screencast to show that I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end, which suggests that the problem might be related to your local setup rather than Brizy itself - https://youtu.be/qgLJ_Uzv3nY

To further investigate, I created a test page on your site and attempted to reproduce the issue. As you can see, I numbered the blocks 1, 2, and 3, then rearranged them in reverse order and successfully saved the changes.

Since switching browsers didn’t resolve the issue, there are a few other things you can try.

Please check if any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or script blockers, are interfering with Brizy’s functionality by disabling them temporarily. Clearing your browser cache might also help. If you have security software or antivirus running, try disabling it briefly to see if that makes a difference. Additionally, if you're using a trackpad or a high-sensitivity mouse, adjusting its settings might improve control over dragging blocks.

Let me know if any of these steps help or if the issue persists. I'm happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

thanks for looking into it and sorry for not being clear. This issue does not occur on every page. The page you just created works fine for me, too - I just checked.
Where it gets messy is here: https://thestreetradio.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3660&action=edit
Check out the site "Hochzeits DJ Berlin" www.thestreetradio.com/hochzeits-dj-berlin

Please go ahead and try moving blocks here. It will mess up the whole site.

    Hi Andreas,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems the issue occurs when the Envira Gallery shortcode is present on the page, and removing it resolves the problem. This suggests a compatibility issue with the plugin. I recommend temporarily disabling the plugin or removing the shortcode while working on your pages. It may also be helpful to report this issue to the plugin developers so they can investigate and possibly provide a solution.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I am afraid this is not the case. I just deactivated the Envira Gallery plugin and now the problem also occurs on sites that have been fine before. Btw I noticed that now the footer with the links to all landing pages is on the very top above the header. Thanks for you help but I hope you understand that this is extremely frustrating since building pages that would have taken 5 minutes now fill up a whole day and the problem still is not resolved. And I am not the only person reporting this issue - there are several other threads for example those two:
    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360073347931-Blocks-order-bug

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/24495175847058-Block-order-scrambled-again

Brizy needs to fix this. This bug destroys our website and eventually forces us to move to another page builder which I really don't want to because we already put so much work into this and we are live and can't afford to shut down our websites until we have a new one without bugs.

I fixed the header/footer issue by deleting it and adding it again at the very bottom. This works and is a work around. But it is not feasible to not being able to move blocks and having to delete and re-add them at the right place.

and by the way: the only reason we threw "Envira Gallery" in the mix is because Brizy has another problem: You cannot add titles to images which is cruical for SEO.

you said you think Envira Gallery caused the bug. but disabling the plug in didn't solve the problem for me. Please elaborate why you think Envira Gallery is the problem. Wouldn't it be possible that the shortcode-element is the problem, much rather than Envira.

    Hi Andreas,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you check if you can replicate the issue on this page? I have removed all custom code from it:
    https://thestreetradio.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=in-front-editor&post=3775

Since the issue only occurs on a few pages, it's likely that the custom code added to them is causing the problem.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

the problem does not occur on the site you sent in your post.

but it does still occur on this site:
    https://thestreetradio.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=in-front-editor&post=3660
    https://thestreetradio.com/hochzeits-dj-berlin/

please note: there is no third party plugin involved. Enviry Gallery plugin is disabled. It still is very frustrating. Please help us figure out how to fix this.

    Hi Andreas,

    Thank you for the update.

I’ve tested this on my end and couldn’t replicate the issue. I also asked my colleagues to check, and they confirmed that it doesn’t occur for them either. To demonstrate, I’ve recorded a screencast of my testing: Screencast: https://youtu.be/89iU4MK5Auw

Since the issue isn’t happening on the site you originally shared but persists on another, it might be related to your browser. Could you try using a different browser or editing your pages on another computer to see if the issue persists?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

It is not possible to replicate the problem because I deleted the broken page and replaced it with one that I built from scratch. I couldn't wait since out website is live.

I still am convinced the embed-element was causing the issue. I will give an update if it happens again.
