    Hi,

Before inspecting the problem on your site we need to confirm two things:

    - you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.13 and PRO 2.0.6

    - you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins

If the answer is "yes" to both then I will create a private ticket and you will send login details so we can inspect the problem on your site. I've checked all of your comments on various posts, but I haven't received this confirmation, although it's always the first question. Please confirm this so that we can move on. Thanks.

    - I have brizy 2.0.13 and brizy pro 2.0.6 installed, both active.

    - I disabled as many plugins as possible, but please understand my site is live, I can't disable all the plugins.

Please help me fix this issue.

    Hi Sandra,

This problem is already on our internal desk and developers are already dealing with it.

    Hello,
    Was this issued resolved?

I am still having an issue with global blocks on my live site changing order.

    Hi Johnny,

Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.10. and PRO 2.2.7? Also, do you have multiple global blocks on the same page?

Hi, I've suddenly started having this problem for the first time. ON the latest version of brizy pro. First happened with the header. I spent hours changing to a new block called header on all pages and posts. and now that the header is fixed, it's happening on the footer. HELP!

    Hello Marilena,

    Thank you for your message!

First thing first, I would like for you to make sure you have the latest Free version as well (2.3.25) not just Pro. Besides this, please clear all of the browser and server cache and disable all of the themes and plugins you do not use. At the same time, send some screenshots or a video recording with this issue you encounter. Hope this helps and I'll hear from you soon.

    Kind regards,

    Doina

    Hi Cary,

The above issue was fixed.  Also,  this error can appear for different reasons, so we will open a ticket and check why you have this problem and how we can solve this problem.

    Best regards, Nelea.

I also experienced this bug recently. On some pages (in our case the homepage) the global navigation block moved all the way down at times. This was very annoying.

    Hi Rolf,

Global blocks on a Brizy website can automatically shift positions if this scenario is present.

    1. You have a regular block above the global header
    2. You have a regular block below the global footer

You can prevent global blocks from automatically altering its positions on your Brizy page by setting up your global blocks and regular blocks according to the following best practice. The top and bottom of your page must have one or a few global blocks, while the blocks in between must all be regular. For instance,

    1. Make both the header and footer global if the header is your first block and the footer is your last block, and the other blocks must all be regular.
    2. Blocks located above the global header and below the global footer must also be global.

Please get in touch with us if you are unable to resolve the issue following the above instructions. We'll support you.
