This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser.
When trying to save a page I am getting the error "This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser. brizy"
I have tried the troubleshooting guide: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210-How-to-fix-the-error-This-page-needs-a-refresh-You-ve-probably-updated-the-page-in-a-different-tab-or-browser
ModSecurity is disabled, SecRequestBodyLimit has been increased and I am not using Wordfence. I have also increased post max size and I am still getting the error.
I also worked with my host, Cloudways, for a couple hours to have them try to fix the issue but I am still getting the error.
I am on the most recent version of the plugin and WP, everything is up to date.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you

Hi Eric,
Thank you for the update. The credentials provided are for FTP, but unfortunately, that doesn’t give us the access we need. Could you provide cPanel access instead?
Best regards,
Ariel H.0 -
Hi Ariel, I emailed you the FTP credentials earlier this week. Did you receive it?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for the update.
Yes, I received the FTP credentials. However, our senior support team has asked if it would be possible for you to provide access to cPanel instead. Let me know if that’s an option.
Best regards,

Sorry, I meant to say that I provided access to my cloudways hosting dashboard for the email address communitysupport@brizy.io
You should have received an invite to Cloudways at that inbox. Let me know if you did not receive it.

Hi Erick,
Thank you for your cooperation.
We've received access to your site and Cloudways dashboard. Could you also enable Cloudflare's development mode? https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/reference/development-mode/
Additionally, could you create a staging version of your website? This will help us troubleshoot without affecting your live site. I noticed that Cloudways provides an option to create a staging site in the panel.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

I just emailed the staging info. I also want to mention that I disabled all plugins except brizy/brizy pro and that didn't work unfortunately.
Let me know if you need anything else

I also set the live/production site to development mode in cloudflare
