    Hello,

Unfortunately I am unable to provide access to our WP for security reasons. If you can give me an idea of where and what to look for I can do that. Another way would be that I can screen share and give control of the screen to you for the session.

    Thank you,

    Ray

    Hi Ray,

    Thanks for the update.

    1. Please ensure that you have these versions installed.

    2. If you have any custom code embedded on the page, try temporarily removing it. Sometimes, this issue occurs due to improperly closed tags in embedded scripts.

    3. If there's no custom script, try disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if the issue persists.

    4. You may also want to temporarily switch to a different theme and see if that makes a difference.

Give these a try and let me know the results.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hey Ariel,

Thanks for the write up and your post gave me another idea and it worked so I'll describe it here and see if it helps someone else.

We run our WP under version control so most of our WP updates come when we pull in the changes. When I updated Brizy and Brizy Pro in this manner, the update button was gone (as above) and none of my saved templates showed up (!!!).

I rolled back the updates to Brizy and Brizy Pro and ran the updates from the WP admin on the live server and that worked!

    All set, thank you Ariel

    Hi Ray,

Thank you for taking the time to share your solution.

It’s great to hear that you found a workaround, and I appreciate you describing it here. This could definitely help others facing a similar issue.

    Cheers!
