Missing Title and Contents after upgrade

Hi, when updating sites from older Brizy's versions to 2.6.12/Pro 2.6.8, all Title, Content and Shortcodes modules are not rendered on the front end and only show an empty space.

I have to re-save every page, post, or template to make them display again.

Here is a screencast where I switch back and forth between the backend and frontend to demonstrate the issue:

It's very annoying, as I have to go from site to site and check each one individually.

Please note that simply resaving the page is not sufficient for Shortcode Modules. They must be edited beforehand for them to work.

Any idea why this happen?
