Formatting on preview vs. editor is not the same.

Hi there,

For some reason, when I am editing any page in the Brizy Wordpress editor, the formatting and font looks okay (aside from one of the toggle buttons), but the preview on the page does not look the same. This is happening site-wide. Will you please help me with this?

  Hi Pia,  

  Thank you for reaching out. This issue is likely due to caching. Please try purging your caching plugins and then check again.  

  If the issue persists, please try the following:  
  1. Temporarily disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then check if the issue still occurs.  
  2. Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to see if the theme is causing the issue.

  I had a similar issue a few months back and it was resolved by adjusting something with the fonts in the CPANEL
