    Hi Mel,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try making a small adjustment by adding 1 pixel of padding to all corners of the affected block. Click "Update," then preview your page to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue continues, could you please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Hello Ariel,

I did add 1px of padding to the accordion element but the issue persists.

The element does expand in preview view, but not from a mobile phone.

I've sent the requested credentials for access to the dashboard, thanks!

    Hi Mel,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

It looks like the issue was related to the Breeze cache plugin. Once disabled, the accordion element functioned correctly. Clearing the cache also resolved the problem.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    No the issue still persists.

When you navigate to the website on an iPhone or other mobile device, are you saying you can see the accordion element behaving normally now? Because I don't.

Also note that the Breeze plugin has been in use on that site for years, and when I purged all cache, this didn't fix the issue.

I have tested on several mobile phones, cleared browser cache on the phone and and restarted the phones and the issue persists.

Can you confirm what device you tested with?

    Hi Mel,

Thank you for the update. Apologies for not checking on an iPhone earlier.

After taking a closer look, it seems the issue is caused by the Async JavaScript plugin. When disabled, the problem no longer occurs. I recommend reaching out to their support team so they’re aware of the issue and can provide a possible solution.

I tested this using the Appetize.io iPhone emulator, and the accordion appears to be working as demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/CUN5svdDECs

Please check on your end as well.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you very much, Ariel. My tests are now passing, and the accordion behaves as expected on mobile devices, thanks.
