    Hi Martin,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We've fixed the global blocks on your website. Please check and let us know if you have any other concerns. I also recommend updating the rest of your plugins to their latest versions for the best results.

    Hi Martin,

Thank you for the update. This seems to be a glitch with global blocks. If it happens again, try toggling the display condition from Include to Exclude, save, then switch it back to Include and save again. This should force Brizy to recompile the page and resolve the issue.

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I am sorry to have to inform you, that the global elements on the page still are not working as expected... for example on this page: https://www.eurapharm.de/datenschutzerklaerung/

Backend shows two headers and three footers. Frontend shows one header and two footers. Could you please have one more look? The Admin user still exists...

    Thank you

    Hey Ariel,

the page is not working. Have a look at the Hoempage. No Header, no footer. I tried what you described in the video above. It doesn't work. I don't get it. All plugins are up to date. Something is definitely going wrong here. I just set up a new page "testseite". Header and footer are displayed in backend, not in frontend. Brizy doesn't do what it should do here.

    Thank you
    Martin

Hi Martin,  please try it again. If it doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache or use another browser.
This is how the page looks like on my end - https://youtu.be/qRQq4kregbw
