Furthermore, when attempting to rearrange the blocks in the builder sidebar, it is incorrectly placing the moved blocks!

You guys need to stop having these critical errors. A bug or two are understandable, but this is a major failure that negatively impacts the business. You need to test 10x better before you release updates. I also work with software so I understand that bugs happen, but you guys cross the line. To be fair, your product is otherwise excellent. Just fix your QA.

    Hello David,

We apologize for the inconvenience. Did this issue occur with https://www.patient5.com? The block order looks fine on this project. If not, kindly let us know the project.

    Hello George,

No, it's not that website. I already fixed it but it was scrambled suddenly. I had to delete each block and add it again, the block ordering widget in the left sidebar does not work.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hello David,

Its not a bug which affects all users. We received a similar complaint from a Brizy Cloud user. Saving the page design as a layout, deleting the page content and reimporting the design helped resolve the issue. Yours is the second instance.

Hello George, the blocks are AGAIN scrambled. The navigation is in the middle of the page AGAIN! What is happening here? I need a solution for this asap please!

Also, your suggestion to save the layout and re-import is no good because it IGNORES the global blocks and places them as non-global blocks!

All across our website, the blocks are scrambled. Our conversion rate has dropped as a result of this. I need a clear answer as to why this is happening and how I can prevent it. Main problem is nav and reviews element, which are global blocks all the way at the top of the page. After some time, randomly, they drop to the middle of the page.

    Please advise!!

    Hello David,

The global blocks will be converted to non-global blocks when saving and reimporting the layout! Following the import, you will notice that you have both global and non-global blocks with the same design. The global blocks on the page must be retained, while the duplicate non-global block must be deleted.

To investigate the cause, we will require access to a project that has this problem. We don't yet have a diagnosis for the blocks' automatic reordering. Has the problem been fixed already? Otherwise, please grant us access to your project. We'll investigate what's causing this behavior. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know  in this forum when you send us the email.
