    Hi RK,

Apologies for the delay—your email ended up in the spam folder.

Please try making a small change to the block containing the button. For example, you can add 1px padding on all sides, then save the page and preview it to see if the issue is resolved. This will force Brizy to recompile the page.

Once you've checked if this fixes the issue, you can revert the change and save the page again. This should refresh the links without requiring manual edits on each page.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for your reply. I think what you said is for just 1 page. And yes, this way will help. But as I said, there are about 100 pages, I need to updates those pages one by one. Are there any way to force Brizy to recompile all pages?

And, this is not the first time appears.

    Thank you,

    R K

    Hi RK,

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

Could you try optimizing your database and then updating a page to see if it makes a difference? This might help resolve the issue. You can follow this guide for database cleanup: https://jetpack.com/resources/wordpress-database-cleanup

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, I optimized the DB, and try again with update a common section and global section. Still the same issue.

    Regards,

    RK

    Hi RK,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Here’s a suggestion that may help resolve the issue:

    1. Try temporarily installing these older versions to get the popups working.
    2. Once that’s done, make a full backup of your website and use it to create a staging site. You can set this up in a local environment, a subdomain, or a subdirectory on your server.
    3. In the staging site, update Brizy and Brizy Pro to the latest versions and see if the issue is fixed. Changing environments will force Brizy to recompile all pages.
    4. If everything looks good on the staging site, you can push the changes to your live site.

For this, you can use WP All-in-One Migration, WPVivid Backup & Migration, or any backup plugin you’re comfortable with.

I know this isn’t the solution you were hoping for, and it might take a little time to get it done, but this is the best way to fix the issue for now.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I will try first in my local. But as I used some Brizy new features, website may get broken.
    However, I want to know:
    1. "Changing environments", what will trigger the Brizy to recompile all pages?
    2. The problem appeared for several times, can you please check the root cause?

    Regards,

    R K

    Hi RK,

    Thank you for the update.

    1. Brizy automatically recompiles pages when there’s a change in the site’s environment, like moving from local to live, switching domains, or changing from HTTP to HTTPS. This forces it to regenerate assets.

    2. The issue may be related to how Brizy processes pages after updates. With the new Brizy Compiler, pages now compile directly in the browser instead of the cloud, which improves performance, but some websites may not have fully adjusted yet.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
