Websites not working on iPhones
Hi Support,
I have received complaints from my clients that their Brizy Cloud websites are not working on any iPhones whether older or newer. Thank you in advance for your help in resolving this.

Hello Chris,
I randomly checked one of your client websites https://www.aplusautorestoration.com on iPhone 16 Pro. Please see my screenshot at https://jmp.sh/pgtDjIpv The website looks fine on this iPhone. We would need a some more information to reproduce the issue at our end.
- Which client websites were tested in iPhones?
- Which iPhone models did they test the websites?
- Were they using Safari or another browser?

Hello K C George,I posted this twice I didn't think the first went through It is under the same Topic and has the website https://www.essentialtreesnow.com. But this one client said he has customers who cannot reach the website, and the message they get is: A problem repeatedly occurred on https://www.essentialtressnow.com it begins to load, then stops and shows that message every time. This is happening In the states of Florida, New York, and Nevada. It was a range of iPhones I do not know the models. Yes Safari and Chrome browsers

Hi K C George,
Ariel H,
From the other thread, I discovered the issue and fixed it, which means the embedded link function may not always work as that was the issue. It worked for months, then starting on Monday, it developed an issue with the embedded link feature, and it knocked out the whole website. I remove the global block with the embedded link to recover the website.
