Page working in page builder but not on the website

Hello, I have built a website with Brizy. The page is working in page builder but not on the website.

  Hi please see the attached. In the builder, the sub menu is positioned correctly under the main menu. However on the live page, the sub menu shifts up and covers the main menu. How can this be fixed?

  Please try making a small adjustment by adding 1 pixel of padding to all corners of the affected block. Click "Update," then preview your page to see if the issue is resolved.

  Hi Michael,  

  Thanks for the update.  

  It looks like the issue was related to hard caching. Clearing the cache multiple times resolved it.

  Hello again Ariel,
  
  I'm coming to you again about the same issue with another website. The site looks fine in the page builder but has no formatting in the live version. Is this a bug in Brizy? I'll sen you the log in info

  Hi Michael, 

  Thank you for the update. Could you please resend the credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io and include the reference number 24357134769682 in the subject line? Since we receive multiple credentials daily, the reference number will help us locate your request more easily.  

  Also, please include the website address and your WP Admin credentials.
