I can't update the changes on my page

I've searched the problem and read the answers, cleared cache, cleared browser, used incognito mode, in different browsers. Can't change the versions so they match each other. This problem is just one of many that has caused me to loose faith in Brizy. I needed to make a change quickly and now I have to wait to manage my own website. Becoming very disappointed.

  Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
