I didn't want to renew Brizy, but it was automatically renewed. How do I get a refund?
I noticed that the amount for the Brizy subscription renewal was deducted from my card, but I didn't want to renew. I'm no longer using Brizy and I'm not going to download it. It was deducted from my credit card. Attached is the Invoice Paid. Please, I would like a refund. Thank you in advance for your attention and I await your response.
