I didn't want to renew Brizy, but it renewed automatically. How do I get a refund?

I didn't want to renew Brizy, but it was automatically renewed. How do I get a refund?
I noticed that the amount for the Brizy subscription renewal was deducted from my card, but I didn't want to renew. I'm no longer using Brizy and I'm not going to download it. It was deducted from my credit card. Attached is the Invoice Paid. Please, I would like a refund. Thank you in advance for your attention and I await your response.

  Hello Adiel,

  You subscribed to the Freelancer WordPress plan on November 20, 2023 and it was not cancelled. Hence on November 20, 2024, your subscription got renewed. As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, 

  "Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year"

  Unfortunately, renewal payments do not qualify for refunds. We have cancelled your subscription to stop future payments and it is scheduled to expire on November 21, 2025.
