WP Plugin Button Popup issues

New site. Latest edition plugin and pro. I created a button added a popup via link, selected a template. Edited the template and saved it. Worked fine. I opened the button popup and swapped the columns left-right. Saved it. Closed it. Saved page. 
Any changes do not show up not. I closed the page, reopened the button popup The changes are there. When I open the page on another browser or computer the original changes are the only thing showing up. I even opened  the button popup and saved it as a favorite. Created a Popup from the Brizy menu and the updated changes are there. Something strange is happening on the page button popup. I have never had this happen before.

  Odd thing, I cloned the page to a temp page and all changes are showing up properly. Any changes to the original page are saving in brizy but not coming up when opened. I have refreshed the page, cleared the cache in the browser level as well as turning off site caching on the host. The issue persists.
