Can't edit buttons or elements

Since this week we haven't been able to edit any buttons it either says open case or remove element.

Is someone able to investigate?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please try replicating the issue with all plugins disabled, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. If the issue doesn’t occur with other plugins turned off, it's likely caused by one of the plugins on your site. Additionally, you can try temporarily switching to a different theme to see if that resolves the issue.  

  If the problem persists, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

  Hi Dan,

  Kindly follow this procedure to roll back:

  1. Go to the plugins areas
  2. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  3. Deactivate and delete Brizy
  4. Download Brizy 2.6.4 (using the above links) and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
  5. Download Brizy Pro 2.6.3 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

  Thank you I have done this and it works. However now, even though the button displays as editable on the mobile view on the backend, when I update it it still doesn't show on the mobile? The button is "Enrol" at the bottom of the home page [academy.waxitbristol.com], it works on desktop but not mobile. Please can you investigate? Many thanks

  I can finally edit the button now but unfortunately it's still not visible on mobile view, only desktop. I've made sure it's unhidden everywhere, tried removing and re-adding but still not visible when on mobile.

  It seems the previous site credentials are no longer working.
