    Hi Ariel,

Since running this update on various other sites which were affected, it has broken this site - https://www.ameliawilsoninteriors.co.uk/

The header images have disappeared as have the icons which were within the circular background. We added code that you gave us to fix these previously as another update had also broken these. See screenshot.

    Can you advise please?

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

    Hi Eilidh,

    Thank you for the update.

The issues you mentioned were addressed in the last update. If the problem persists after updating Brizy and Brizy Pro, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

Here’s how your site appears on my end:

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thanks for this. I'm afraid we found that the recent 'Brizy fix' of making a small tweak and then saving the page sorted it out. Obviously again not ideal as it means having to go through and do this on multiple sites....again.

I do very much appreciate your help but this is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I can see from other comments on the support forum and beyond that this is true for many.

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

    Hi Ariel,

Me again! We have now discovered that many, many of our sites that we've updated to 2.6.8 don't show their header images on the homepage and even when making a small change to th epage and resaving it, they are simply not showing.

    One example is https://www.weebeershop.co.uk/

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

Apologies, we also have quite a lot of work to do. We have come out now. Thank you for looking at this.

We are not in tomorrow but can't leave this broke over the weekend.

    Thanks again,

    Hi Ariel,

This issue still hasn't been resolved. Can I please ask for an update?

We are in a situation where we have clients now actively asking us to move their websites over to Elementor.

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

    Hi Ariel,

I appreciate this thank you. Unfortunately we simply do not have the time to roll back updates on so many websites. This is already proving massively time consuming and is costing us as a business. How soon is a new update likely to be available?

    Thanks,

    Eilidh

    Hi Ariel,

The main one was https://www.weebeershop.co.uk/ which we sent over the login details for last week.

Do you need me to send them over again?

    Thanks,
    Eilidh.

    Hi Ariel,

    We've updated server settings.

Would you be able to help installing those versions of Brizy? I think you have the login details?

    Thanks,
    Eilidh
