Website page not displaying the items properly.

Hello I am facing issues with the website page suddenly. The Brizy wordpress plug-in editor is showing that everything looks good. But when I browse the website through another device or laptop. It is displays the following below.

 

Even on my phone, the menu doesn't show. But when I check it in the wordpress brizy editor, things show fine. 

 

What is the issue? Please help

  In the meantime, please roll back to the following versions to address the issues until we are able to roll out a fix. 

  Brizy 2.6.4        : https://jmp.sh/hTF2g1V8
  Brizy Pro 2.6.3  : https://jmp.sh/3FPsswmy

  Follow the below procedure to roll back.

  1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
  3. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy 2.6.4
  4. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro 2.6.3

  Same thing on my brizy sites that have the newest version of the plugins. It seems latest release broke the editor somehow, inside the editor i see all my overlays and so on, but live, its a mess. Is there a fix for this or do we have to rollback the version of free and pro?

  Thank you for reaching out. If you have any caching plugins installed, please try clearing the cache and see if that resolves the issue.

  Otherwise, could you please provide temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can inspect your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
