Contact form not sending email

Hello, 

I have a problem with the contact forms. I set them to send the email to wordpress as you can see in the following image.

When I click on send on the form, the message is that the email was sent.

The problem is that the message doesn't arrive to my email.

I can find the message on the dashboard but not in the email.

I tried to disable all the plugin to exclude possible incompatibility and set different emails, event with different domains, but they never arrive.

What can I fix this problem? what can I check?

  Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

  As a precaution, we recommend creating a full backup of your site. 

  In the meantime, could you try using a different email address to check if the notifications are being received?
