My does not take into account style updates

Bonjour,

J'espère que vous allez bien. Je vous écris pour vous signaler un dysfonctionnement du plugin Brizy Pro sur mon site wordpress arboretom.fr.

En fait, j'ai migré les données de l'ancien site WordPress (arbore-tom.fr) vers le nouveau site arboretom.fr.

Après cela, j'ai également acheté une licence pro pour le nouveau domaine mais le site ne s'affiche plus comme l'ancien. Le design a complètement disparu.

Par contre, lorsque je modifie la page avec Bizy pro, elle s'affiche bien et lorsque je publie la mise à jour, le design ne s'applique pas à ce site.

Je sollicite votre aide sur ce problème qui est très important pour mon client et moi, merci.

  Hello Benjamin,

  If the website was functioning properly at https://arbore-tom.fr/ and the issue began after migrating to https://arboretom.fr/, it's likely that you followed an incorrect migration procedure. Attempting to manually correct the migration-related issues could be an enormous undertaking

  We would recommend the following steps to fix the issue faster.

  • Delete the current installation of WordPress at https://arboretom.fr/
  • Reinstall WordPress
  • Remigrate using WPVivid plugin following the procedure at How To Migrate Your Site To A New Host | wpvivid demo 

  Once you remigrate following a fully automated process, please check if you see any errors/issues.

  Hello, the problem persists and does not take into account page updates. 

  Maybe importing the changes I make on a page doesn't work.

  

   

  However, when I click on edit page with Brizy from the WordPress Dashboard, it appears fine with the initial design.

  

  Help me to fix it please.

  Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
