Site crashes everytime I use Brizy with a Funnel builder plugin
For the longest time I thought this issue was with the Cartflows funnel builder but I have now tried 3 different funnel builder plugins and the issue occurs in each. But when I use elementor to build a page in these plugins, it works.
Cartflows uses steps for a sales page that sends to the next step of checkout page then to the next step of thank you page. You can add upsale offers and discounts to your products and track funnel performance.
When you want to edit a page or step you do it just like any other where you click edit and then you click edit with Brizy.
For a while I was getting a request header too large error after I edited pages with brizy inside my funnels for too long. Only way to get my admin page back was to clear the cache on my browser. Front end users didnt seem to be effected.
But then the issue changed to a 404 Page Not Found error but again the only way to correct it was to clear the browser cache. It also started happening more often... like every 3-4 pages I would edit.
I noticed that if I didnt use Chrome but used microsoft edge, it happened less often but still happened.
Now, it happens immediately on both browsers and I cannot edit any of my funnel steps AT ALL. I have scoured the internet to find an answer... done ALL the plugin deactivating and theme changing troubleshooting steps possible and no matter what I do... it keeps happening when Brizy is enabled.
Please help

If your website is already live, can you create a staging site and give us access? We can conducts some tests on the staging site to troubleshoot the issue. If your website is still under development and not yet launched, we would like access to the production site.

My site is live but I have previously had too many problems creating a staging site. It takes hours and hours out of my day and I have yet to successfully do it. Bluehost offers it but says it is not working. Updraft plus my backup plugin offers it but charges me every time I make one and the last time I used it, it froze and was unusable.
We are going to have to troubleshoot this another way or else I am just going to leave Brizy... it causes me too many headaches.0 -
Hello Nick,
Since you don't have luck creating a staging stie, what about these options?
- Can you create a fresh instance of WordPress where we can clone your project? (A fresh instance of WordPress is where no pages or posts are added and no plugins are installed)
- If this isn't possible, do we have your consent to clone your project to a WordPress instance that we create?
Please let us know if any of the above two options would work for you. We will then request access to your live site so that we can clone it to a fresh WordPress instance. This will create a staging site where we can troubleshoot this issue.

Hi there,
Thank you for the alternative options. I am not familiar with how to create a fresh instance and I am not sure what that entails or how it would impact my site if you were to do it.
I have been looking into my PHP error log file and noticed I am getting many many errors per second of the same 2 errors that is completely filling up my error log file. Does this information help you at all? The issue persists when all plugins are deactivated accept cartflows and brizy

Hello Nick,
Can you add a new user to your Bluehost Account Manager and share it with us following the procedure at https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/am-users-roles. We will try and create a staging site with the above access. You can use our email address communitysupport@brizy.io for this purpose.
Creating a staging site helps us to troubleshoot your website without your live site crashing multiple times during our tests.
