Brizy Editor Not Updating Pages
Hi there,
When creating a website today, the error of "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser." keeps appearing every time I press updatet. It won't let me update any changes, no matter what page I am on. It doesn't make a difference if I am using Blocksy theme or the Brizy theme, I have tried all the things mentioned in other posts such as clearing cache, cleaning database, making sure everything is up to date, etc. I have tried disabling the plugins and reactivating them, and also trying in different browsers. I have have also cleared the browser cache, as well as using the hosting providers flush cache feature. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello Benjamin,
One of the common reasons for this error is the maximum size of HTTP requests set for your websites in ModSecurity software in the cPanel. Kindly follow the instructions at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210 to fix this bug. If it does not help, kindly get back to us. We will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this issue for you.

Hi thank you for that. I have tried this and unfortunately it did not work. I am currently using Hostinger's hPanel, so I accessed the files and followed the steps mentioned on their site for disabling Modsecurity. I have also followed the steps to expanding the storage if Modsecurity was still functioning. Not sure what to do now, as other sites appear to be working. It is just the one site that isn't currently functioning, it has the latest PHP version, while the other sites are still on 8.1. I did change it to that but the error still persists. Thank you for the help.

Hi Ariel,
The page appears to be working now, the site has been PHP 8.1 for a few days and the error has gone away with the page updating smoothly. I think it may have just been that later versions don't work well with Brizy. Thank you for the assistance, I will reach out again if the error makes another appearance. For now the solution seems to be changing the PHP version.
Kind Regards,
Benjamin
