No access from partner's location

Hello,

I'm currently located in Singapore and has developed my business partner's website from this location. However, my partner is unable to access from their location in Indonesia.

Previously, they have had access to the website (qirom.com).

Please provide assistance too our issue.

  Hello Ahmad,

  Unfortunately Indonesia's Ministry of Communications and Informatics has banned Brizy Cloud IP address. Hence custom domains and brizy.site sub domain websites published using Brizy Cloud are not accessible in Indonesia.

  To resolve this issue, kindly consider using the Server Sync publishing option. Your partner will have to buy hosting space in a server located in Indonesia. You can publish the website to his server using the Server Sync publishing option following the procedure at Server Sync
