Brizy Cloud / Brizy WP Lifetime Deal

Hello, i've bought brizy pro lifetime with the access to brizy cloud (hosting only free for the first 2 years), but the possibility to use my own hosting. But now i have only access to Brizy Cloud free trial. Can you tell me why? It was a part of the deal and mentioned everywhere.

And here from the upgrade i should buy to use my own domain.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  We apologize for the confusion. The Brizy Cloud Trial was automatically included as an add-on plan and won't affect your current plans. You will still have access to all the features available in your account once the trial period ends.

  How can i connect my own domain. The upgrade button is still there.

  Hi Patrick,  

  Thank you for your update.  

  Unfortunately, connecting a domain is not currently possible. As mentioned in Sandra's email from four years ago, your plan included complementary Brizy Cloud access for two years. After this period, you would need to purchase a Brizy Pro Personal or Studio license to continue hosting a website in Brizy Cloud.  

  It was also noted that after the complimentary period, you would retain access to build your website in Brizy Cloud and use the "Server Sync/Export HTML" feature to publish your site with third-party hosting providers. This is the only feature currently available under your current plan.  

  If you wish to connect a domain to one of your projects, you’ll need to purchase one of our new plans.

  Hello,

  yes the Sync feature is what i mean. But it's not visible anymore. I have followed the steps from your tutorial https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync , but I only have the two options above, if i choose publish.

  We apologise for the inconvenience. We have fixed this issue in your dashboard.  Publishing options like Server Sync are now available in your dashboard.
