How to update credit card? Your article is out of date!
This article (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420273613457-How-to-update-credit-card-information) shows a "payments" menu item that does not exist on my menu.
I have "billing" and it only shows me previous payments, no way to edit anything.
I also noticed that I am being charged for personal and freelancer cloud, so I will need a refund for the personal cloud, since that is erroneous.

I have updated the article at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420273613457 with the most recent data. The procedure in this article is for updating credit card details of your Personal Cloud plan and not for the Freelancer Cloud plan.
Payment for your Personal Cloud plan was routed through Paddle and currently your invoices are hyperlinked to your Paddle account. If you cancel your Personal Cloud plan, we can de-link your Paddle account and the Billing page can hyperlink to your Stripe account. You will then be able to update credit card associated with your Freelancer Cloud plan in the Stripe page.
You are being charged for Personal Cloud and Freelancer Cloud plans because you have signed up for both. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered for renewal payments and are available only for first time purchases within first 30 days. Shall we cancel your Personal Cloud plan? Kindly confirm.

How do I cancel my personal plan? I don't see a way to just cancel that one without canceling the freelancer plan as well. Is there a way to chat or call someone? This support forum format is incredibly inefficient for communication.

Yes, please cancel my personal plan.
Please do not delete any of my current websites.I upgraded to freelancer and this plan should have automatically be tranformed into the freelancer plan without me requiring to take action. Brizy should refund my fees from the date i added the frelancer plan but I understand that you're not going to do so. My problem for going with a "cheaper" provider.

We have cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and it is scheduled to expire on May 25, 2025. We have also linked the "Billing" menu in your account to Stripe page where you can update your credit card.
To update your credit card, kindly follow these steps
- Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
- Select the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu

- Click on the "Edit" icon next to your Credit card number to update your card
