Issue with Brizy Menu Causing Critical Error on Website
Hello Brizy Support Team,
I'm experiencing a critical error on my website whenever I add a menu using Brizy. The error only appears when I insert the menu; if I remove the menu, the site works fine again. The anchor links I'm using (e.g., #das-brunnenhaus, #buchungen, #gastebuch) are functional and correctly scroll to the designated sections, so it seems the issue is specifically tied to the menu element.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this error? Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Checking the menu structure and links in WordPress
- Using full URLs instead of just anchor links in the menu
- Clearing the cache and disabling other plugins to check for conflicts
- Making sure Brizy and my theme are up to date
Despite these efforts, the critical error persists whenever the Brizy menu is active.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
-
