I can't edit my home page anymore

Hello,

 

A few hours ago, I tried updating some graphic elements on my homepage.

 

While editing in Brizy, I could see the changes on the page without issues. However, when I tried saving the modifications, the save icon kept spinning endlessly without displaying any error message. It continues looping until my browser (Arc) completely freezes and crashes, as well as my latest-generation Mac.

 

I still have access to my WordPress backend, and editing other pages seems to work fine. However, I can’t afford to put my site into maintenance mode or risk it crashing for several days.

 

Additionally, I don’t update my builder regularly because I experience interface crashes with each update. Given that my entire business relies on the builder, the risk is too great to keep it up-to-date.

 

Do you have any idea of what I should do?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  This issue often occurs on websites using WordFence, or similar security plugins. Disabling the Firewall or setting it to learning mode often fixes the issue.   If this doesn't help, try to isolate the issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if it's coming from a plugin conflict. If this resolves the issue, gradually enable the other plugins one by one as you test and edit your pages until the issue comes back. This will help you determine which plugin is causing this issue.

  If the issue continues, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin? This will allow us to further investigate the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
