Front Page Warning Issue with Brizy Builder on Cloudways Hosting
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue on the front page of my WordPress website, where a warning message appears, causing the page to look broken. Currently, I have temporarily suppressed the warning by setting WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to false in wp-config.php, so the warning is not visible to visitors. However, this only hides the error and does not resolve the underlying issue. The details of the warning are as follows:
Warning: Attempt to read property "post_type" on null in /home/865839.cloudwaysapps.com/fqvdnrvkbt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/admin/blocks/main.php on line 207
Warning: Attempt to read property "ID" on null in /home/865839.cloudwaysapps.com/fqvdnrvkbt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/admin/blocks/main.php on line 208
This warning seems to occur within the main.php file of the Brizy plugin, specifically at lines 207 and 208. It appears that the $post object is null in this context, which may be causing the error.
Environment Details:
- WordPress Version: 6.6.2
- Brizy Plugin Version: 2.5.0
- PHP Version: 8.1
- Hosting Provider: Cloudways
- PHP Memory Limit: 512M
- Brizy Plugin Status: Reinstalled and updated to the latest version
-
Steps Taken to Resolve:
- Reinstalled and updated the Brizy plugin
- Set
WP_DEBUG_DISPLAYto false inwp-config.php - Adjusted Cloudways server settings to control PHP error display
Despite these steps, the issue persists. Temporarily suppressing the warning hides the error from display but does not resolve the underlying issue.
