Having issue with home page on website

Hello I am having an issue and no matter if I delete it and redo it, it keeps coming back.

  To hide the PHP warnings on your website, kindly disable the WordPress DEBUG mode following the procedure at How to Deactivate Debug Mode // Disable Debug Mode via File Manager You could also use a plugin to disable the DEBUG mode following the procedure at https://startertemplates.com/docs/disable-debug-mode/
