    Hi Gottfried,

    We apologize for the delay in implementing the custom breakpoints feature. Due to shifting priorities, the release has been postponed. Although we don’t have a specific timeline for when it will be available, we will notify you as soon as it is released.

    Thank you for your patience and continued support.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel

    Thank you for your answer. Understand you, think too many different projects around. But custom breakpoints think are really a bit essential. Do not forget, todays desktop monitors are mostly 1920 wide and with a fixed seetting of 1170 px this looks not so good and fullwide is also not so great. Set specail CSS is also not a good solution, so still hope you can try to set here a bit the prio, think the filter solution has a bit the same problem is since 2-3 years in the works.

    In Brizy are there some excellent functionalities in, but some small issues blocks me a bit. I understand you, but sometimes it needs a push, know this worked more than 10 years with Romanian programmers.

    Best regards

    Gottfried

    Hi Ariel

    One more, see here from 2020 https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360062722771-Box-content-width

    Exact the same "we're considering a solution. And now 2025 still the same. I think this is a situation for many devs not to use Brizy. Would be good to push a bit the dev here.

    Have a good day

    Gottfried

    Thank you Gottfried Ryser for bringing this up.

    I already commented on another post a few minutes ago, so I am sorry to Brizy team for double post, yet it also may be a sign of such important feature we need for serious work.

    Personally, I would exchange this one for probably all updates that Brizy made in last 2 years except media manager for Cloud. All other updates seem as a shiny toys and are not so esential as breakpoint manager.

    Hi Marek

    You said it clearly, so many "shiny" updates, but the real one needed for the ones more in professional website building, need the flexible content width and also the more advanced filtering. This is also since think 2-3 years on the to-do list. It's a pitty, Brizy is a very nice tool on the other side, but moving away here until something serious comes in.

    Also could do with this.

    My website looks great when full screen in UHD, then 1080p and below things mess up. I change it to look better at 1080p, and the breakpoints below are ok, but UHD sucks.

    It's such a basic feature and causes more headaches than it should because I have to consider workarounds.
    I've spent a lot of time tweaking, only for designs to just fall apart.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We understand the challenges of managing layouts without a breakpoints manager. While this feature isn’t available yet, you can limit your site’s max width to 1080px as a workaround to maintain consistency across screen sizes. To enhance the appearance, you can also add a background color that complements your site’s design. Add this CSS in CMS > Project Settings > Code > Custom CSS:

    body .brz {
      width: 1080px; /* Replace with your preferred max width */
      margin: 0 auto;
       background-color: #f5f5f5; /* Replace with your preferred color */
    }

    We appreciate your patience and are working on bringing this feature soon.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel, I have a question about that. If I need more than one breakpoint for desktop views? how can I add it? I have a website that I need that fit to differents resolutions, including an square monitor

    Hi Rafael,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    At the moment, this can be achieved using custom CSS. If you're open to this approach, you can refer to this guide: - https://www.ramotion.com/blog/breakpoints-for-responsive-design/

    That said, we’re currently working on a feature called the Breakpoints Manager, which will address this in the future.

    Hi Ariel,

    can you please tell us when can we expect it? As this is taken for years and the only thing we recieved was Looong silence or ‚we are working on it“. I appreciate you are answering us and it would be really good to hear something else than that you are working on it. This is really a crucial, must have feature. I would immediately exchange it for 99% of nef „fancy“ features like AI and AI builder, which are just a fancy stuff. With kind regards and thanks for all your support. Marek

    Hi Marek,

    I sincerely apologize for the delay—this has been an ongoing project, but unfortunately, it has been pushed back for a while. That said, it is still in development, and we haven’t abandoned it.

    I understand how important this feature is to you, and I truly appreciate your patience. While I don’t have an exact timeline to share right now, we will provide updates in this support thread as soon as we have any news.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
