The plugin could not be activated because it caused a critical error.
When trying to activate Brizy Pro on my website www.helsingbuss.se I get the message "
The plugin could not be activated because it caused a critical error.
"
What am I supposed to do?
I've sent you login details in an previous thread: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/20302513906834-Brizy-form-send-button-freezing
Thank you!

Hi Kristoffer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please please try to replicate the issue with all other plugins disabled except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. If it works with all other plugins disabled, it is likely that one of the plugins installed on your site is causing the issue. Additionally, try temporarily switching to another theme to see if that makes any difference.
Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

I just saw that this is because I have 2 Brizy Pro versions installed. I guess I can uninstall the inactive one?

Hi Kristoffer,
Thank you for the update.
I apologize for the confusion. I have inspected both websites, and Brizy and Brizy Pro are activated. Could you please provide more details about the issue you are facing?
Best regards,
