    Hi Romain,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please confirm if you can replicate the issue with all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro disabled? Also, try using another theme and see if this makes any difference?

If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hello Romain,

I have temporarily reverted to these Brizy versions in your WordPress Dashboard to enable Brizy updates.

HTTP requests from Brizy 2.5.X series get blocked by ModSecurity software in cPanel. ModSecurity is a tool that allows for full HTTP transaction logging, including complete requests and responses. Kindly add these configurations in the ModSecurity configuration file to avoid the block. Please take the help your hosting provider to set these limits.

    • SecRequestBodyLimit 4194304 # Limit request bodies to 4 MB
    • SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 2097152 # Limit non-file request bodies to 2 MB

Additionally set the post_max_size to at least 2MB following the process outlined at https://jmp.sh/mwKumdG6

Once the above changes are implemented, kindly update Brizy to its latest versions and check if you are able to save your project.
