    Hi Darren,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The contact page and the rest of the other pages appear to be working.

Regarding the pages that cannot be edited, could you kindly verify if you can replicate the issue when all other plugins, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, are disabled? It's possible that this issue is coming from a conflict with another plugin. Also, try switching to another theme and see if this makes any difference.

If the issue continues, please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin credentials so we can replicate the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

    Best regards,

    Hi Arial,

In the end we did a resore of the site.

The hosting company concluded that it was likely an issue with a plugin update.

We'll keep an eye on this and see what happends when we next run plugin updates.

    Thanks,
    Darren

    Hi Darren,

In case you encounter any 404 errors again, you can also try purging the permalinks and see if this helps.

Thanks for that. That's good to know.

It's not something we've come across before. We did a Litsspeed cache purge from cpanel too which looked to resolve the issue.
