    Hi Rob,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please try isolating the issue by disabling all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if there's a conflict? Also, try using another theme to see if that helps.

Otherwise, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin? This will allow us to further investigate the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io.

I am seeing the lack of images issue across every site I upgraded Brizy Pro on.  Even sites with no other (active) plugins.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the recent updates.

Could you please provide us with temporary access to one of your websites where the issue can be replicated? Kindly send the credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io, and include this reference number in the subject line: 21455087878034.

Also, please ensure that a full backup of your site is created before providing access.

In the meantime, please ensure that you have these versions and clear any cache plugins or server-side caching and see if this resolves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Rob,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

Unfortunately, we haven't yet identified what's causing this issue. We've already reported this issue to our senior support team for further investigation. I will reach out to you as soon as I receive any new updates.

In the meantime, you could try rolling back to previous versions of Brizy to see if that helps fix the issue. First, take a full backup of your website and download these versions of Brizy to your computer:

    Brizy 2.5.2: https://jmp.sh/2bXHLvAZ
    Brizy Pro 2.5.1: https://jmp.sh/s29vW87t

And follow these steps to roll back

    1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
    2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
    3. Download Brizy 2.5.2 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
    4. Download Brizy Pro 2.5.1 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro
    5. Make a minor change to the global header, (like increase the padding by 1 pixel), reverse the change and update your project.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Brizy team, hello Ariel,

Regarding the issue with menu dysfunctionality after an update, I took the time today to dive into the problem on my computer to see what was causing it. The past few weeks I was on vacation and didn't have time to investigate. After reinstalling the menus in the latest Brizy versions, the menu worked fine. After switching to a hamburger menu, it also worked fine on all pages until I made it global. From that moment, the hamburger menu stopped responding entirely on the index page, although it continued to work on the other pages.

Since this is a business website and I'm partially dependent on it, I added the menu to each page individually so that our customers could access the site properly again. Perhaps this information will be useful to you. Once a few more Brizy updates have been released, I will attempt to make the menu global again to see what happens.

    Kind regards - Rob

    Hi Rob,

You are right about the global blocks. From the time we had introduced the new compiler, its benefits are automatically applied to new projects, ensuring immediate performance boosts. However, to take advantage of compiler enhancements on existing projects, you must follow these 3 steps

    1. Make a minor change: Navigate to any page within your project, make a small edit to a global block (such as modifying the padding by one pixel), and then revert the change.
    2. Repeat the above step for all other global blocks
    3. Save the Project: Update the page to activate the compiler
