Failed to upload file

The images are not showing in the template and I am having issues when I want to make changes. I am also having the same issue with the regular image block. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

We are not using a CDN.

  Thank you for reaching out. I understand from your previous reply that you’re unable to share your site’s credentials due to company policy or security concerns. As noted in this support thread, we’ve identified the reasons this issue occurs on some websites. However, each case is unique, and access to the site is often essential for a proper resolution.  

  If you’re concerned about your site’s security, you could create a staging version of your website in a subdirectory or subdomain on the same server. On this staging site, feel free to remove any private details (pages, posts, membership plugins, etc.) that you prefer not to share.  

  If this is an option, please send the credentials for your staging site to communitysupport@brizy.io, and include the reference number 21435055476626 in the subject line.

  Hello Ariel, I managed to upload 10 images (each 5 MB ca.) and now I'm getting an error "Failed to upload file".

  The project is this: https://butterfly036eacf1.brizy.site/ and I have a PRO plan.

  Can you help me fix it? I have another 6-7 images each 5 MB to upload.

  Does Brizy auto-magically re-size them for optimal loading time by the way?

  Olá, estou com o mesmo problema, consigo fazer o upload para a mídia, mas não consigo aplicar ao layout do Brizy, ele apresenta a mensagem: Failed to upload file.

  Estou usando um modelo de vocês e não tenho mais nenhum plugin instalado.

  

  Meu site está hospedado na Hostinger.

  Já desabilitei o CDN.

  Desde já agradeço.
